EATS:
* baked pancakes (kale, oatmeal, almond milk, blueberries, walnuts),  kiwi fruit & manderine mini oranges
* chopped 3-2-1 confetti salad
* cheese-free mushroom pizza
* plain airpopped popcorn w/ a few popped kernels of XL-sweetened popcorn tossed-in
