–lower body stretch/ strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* quick pancakes made of banana, oats, almond milk (almond, date, water) & small scoop choco-peanut powder, served w/ blueberries, mango chunks & pure maple syrup
* brc (beans, rice, cabbage) in bowl w/ avocado & salsa
* 1/2 small brc burrito w/ XL-flour tortilla (discarded most of tortilla)

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
