* pinto beans, rice, tomato on XL-crispy corn tortilla & small brc burrito (discarded most of the XL-flour tortilla)
* grilled veggies (mushrooms, zucchini, cabbage, pineapple, broccoli, onions, bell peppers, water chestnuts), rice, organic whole wheat noodles (organic = no glyphosate!)
