EXERCISE:

* Walk-about in green nursery 1 hour
* Standing desk work 2 hours
* PT APP workout –lower body stretch/ strengthening

WATER:

EATS:
* red grapes
* pumpkin & choco XL-pastry
* mirin & wautéed mushrooms, kale & organic whole wheat noodles, added to Costco grain & celery salad (containing chickpeas) , onion, garden tomatoes, (Organic) Mediterranean Crunch Chopped Salad (throw away dressing), dressed w/ unsweetened rice vinegar & lemon juice served w/ sourdough teff injera & avocado
(mirin is a Japanese cooking wine)
* peach
* 9 grain sourdough toast w/ homemade boysenberry jam
