–lower body stretch/ strengthening
* Day 2 Muscle/Bone Mass Workout
* Powerwalk outdoors 90 minutes

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats)
* chipotle flavored black beans, Mexican brown rice, guacamole, whole wheat pita bread, 3-2-1 Confetti Salad
* restaurant veggie burrito & plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
