MEDITATION;

–low back stretch / strengthening


WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* mountains of kale, pomegranate, mango, banana, blueberry, oats, water, few raw almonds smoothie
* chopped green & grain salad w/ hearts of palm w/ avocado toast on 9 grain sourdough toast
* brc burrito (beans, rice, cabbage)
* grilled patty of sweet potato, various veggies & sunflower seed on open-face sandwich w/ sauerkraut & tomato
* leftover blackbean brownies w/ walnuts

… SUN HAS SET …
