MEDITATION:

* Ecclesiastes 3:9-22  “I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there. I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.”

EXERCISE:
* Walk 20 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* few fresh dates, peach, black bean brownies
* leftover very veggie Mongolian bbq w/ organic wheat noodles
* Farmer Boy veggie burger w/o sauce, but add avocado & mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion. Patty made from sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, onions, celery, spinach, and sunflower seeds. Great!
* airpopped popcorn w/ jr mints
