EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 4 miles indoors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
* Stationary bicycle 30 minutes indoors

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* Mongolian bbq grilled veggies w/ whole wheat organic noodles, fresh peaches & shot of soft XL-drink w/ plain iced sparkling water
* gorilla chopped salad w/ 3-2-1 dressing & leftover cheese-free pizza
* airfried corn tortilla strips w/ guacamole

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
