* Day 1 bone/muscle mass workout @ gym
* Walk 40 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* figs & peaches
* enchiladas
