EXERCISE:
* Walk 40 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie w/ oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries & splash of almond milk
* watermelon
* veg enchiladas (squash, spinach & peppers inside) w/ green sauce & apricot juice
* rice, black beans, avocado & couple of XL-chips

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
