* Day 1 Muscle/Bone Mass Workout


WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ blueberries, mango & splash of 5:1 ratio almond milk
* black beans + kale brownie w/ raw walnuts
* tostadas (pinto beans, potato, lettuce, avocado on corn tortilla) & applesauce
* cheese-free pizza w/ sauce, olives & mushroom, w/ salad on the side
