MEDITATION:
Meditating on episode 1 here

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 4 miles indoors w/ facial lymphatic massage
* Walk briskly 30 minutes outdoors @ community farmer’s market
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie w/ lots of kale
* fresh apricots
* chipotle open-face stewburgers w/ homegrown tomato, chopped salad, avocado, mustard on 9 Grain sourdough toast
* corn on cob
* chopped veggie salad w/ purple rice (added in next photo) & delicious lowfat spicy peanut dressing 
* fresh peach cobbler (crust includes almond flour, rolled oats, date paste, lemon, cinnamon, water, etc)

… SUN HAS SET …
