* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* strawberries w/ organic corn,  spelt flakes & 5:1 ratio homemade almond milk
* leftover veggie-ghetti, sourdough avocado/tomato toast & Tuscanini cola diluted w/ plain sparkling water
* mini choco ice cream cones

… SUN HAS SET …

* defrosted jackfruit pods
