MEDITATION:
Proverbs 13: 8-12  “Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.”

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
* Lower body workout (slow, deep, body-weight squat variations)
* Inversion table session


WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate!)
* veggie poke bowl (brown rice, vegan worcestershire sauce, cold raw celery, green onion, radishes, hearts of palm, avocado, rice vinegar, dried garlic, onion & mushroom granules & wautéed mushrooms)
* watermelon
* vegan vanilla ice cream w/ little bit of leftover choco-peanut powder sauce
* airfried potato XL-wedges (2.5g fat) w/ natural ketchup
* few pieces of walnut

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
