MEDITATION:
Proverbs 12: 11-15  (again)

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk outdoors 90 minutes
* Lift shoulders @ gym
* Walk 30 minutes about cazmpus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate!)
* chipotle potato/cauliflower soup w/ avocado ciabatta
* chipotle bowl (black beans, brown rice, romaine lettuce, sauerkraut, avocado, salsa)
* bowl of spelt flakes w/ uncooked rolled oats, blueberries & almond milk

… SUN HAS SET …
