–low back stretch / strengthening
WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)
EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit & oats)
* avocado toast on forbidden sourdough
* strawberries & banana
* leftover wauté chopped brussel sprouts, sauerkraut, tomato, mushroom, scallions, a few soycurls, add chipotle pepper (no rice)
* few apricots (not very ripe yet) & watermelon
