* Lift lower body @ gym
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit & oats)
Pinto beans bown w/ rice, cabbage, avocado & salsa

… SUN HAS SET …

* chipotle black beans w/ lime rice, avocado, romaine lettuce & salsa
