* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* Walk outdoors 20 minutes
* Powerwalk outdoors 30 minutes
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* fresh fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes)
* gorilla salad w/ avocado on sourdough
* baked sweet potato & black beans w/ tomato, onion, broccoli

… SUN HAS SET …
