MEDITATION:
Proverbs 5: 1-15  “attend unto my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding. That thou mayest regard discretion […] Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.”

EXERCISE:
* Jog 4 miles outdoors
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* watermelon
* combo black bean, oats, mushroom patties w/ avocado sourdough toast, tomato & steamed broccoli
* pho veggie rice noodle soup w/ tofu lemon grass sandwich

… SUN HAS SET …
