EXERCISE:
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* Powerwalk 4 miles outdoors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)
EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* grilled carrots w/ sauerkraut & mustard
* watermelon
* greens & beans gorilla salad & sourdough avocado toast
* sip of plain sparkling water w/ one shot of soft XL-drink
* hash (sweet potato, black beans, chopped kale & tomato, salsa)
