MEDITATION:
Proverbs 4: 1-6  “Forsake her [wisdom] not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.” Vs 6

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 4 miles indoors w/ facial lymphatic massage
* Clean car
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* bowl of spelt flakes w/ rolled oats, strawberries, lowfat homemade almond milk & banana on the side
* leftover stirfry veggies (mushrooms, zucchini, pineapple, broccoli, onions, bell peppers) w/ organic wheat noodles
* veggie sandwich (fresh tomato, cucumber, broccoli-slaw, sprouts, red onion & bell pepper, pickled red onion, pickled peppadew tomato & some mustard in organic sourdough baguette)
* sip of plain sparkling water w/ one shot of soft XL-drink
* combo burger (black beans, rolled oats, mushrooms, veggies) on organic sourdough w/ avocado, tomato & sprouts

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
