–low back stretch / strengthening

* gfo smoothie (greens dominated, fruit, oats)
* melon dish
* veggie sandwiches (no dressing, ingredients in photo) served w/ radishes
* baked (from frozen) cubed potatoes & XL-fries w/ natural ketchup
