* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats)
* brown rice, bbq’d beans, marinated mini carrot-dogs, steamed brussel sprouts w/ garlic, sourdough avocado toast
* gorilla salad w/ piece of pizza crust & Mary McDougall’s Caesar almond dressing
