MEDITATION:

EXERCISE:
* Lift chest, back, shoulders @ gym
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* Gardening
* Dermaroll face/neck (treatment 12)
* PT  workout
–low back stretch

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* one Beyond Sun sausage split, grilled, wrapped in pressed Ezekial sprouted bread, then toasted w/ mustard
* defrosted jackfruit pods & some natural applesauce
* gorilla salad w/ green onions, avocado & lemon
* three jr mints & four raw almonds
* grapefruit w/ honey drizzle
* airfried corn tortilla strips w/ avo-queso
* a crispy cracker

… SUN HAS SET …
