* Powerwalk 4 miles indoors w/ facial lymphatic massage
* Cardio kickboxing @ gym (first time in years returning to the gym for this class!!)

* PT APP workout
–glute & core round
* One-Side Lower Back Pain Muscle Solution

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* brc bowl (beans, rice, cabbage) w/ avocado
* gorilla salad (grain & celery salad mixed w/ Mediterranean crunch, tossed w/ combo 3-2-1 dressing & some dairyfree spicy queso blanco)
* tacos w/ Thincredible corn tortillas, queso blanco, sliced tomato, gorilla salad, almond paste crumble spiced w/ salsa
* grapefruit w/ drizzle of honey
* baked sweet potato, queso blanco & side of steamed broccoli

… SUN HAS SET …
