EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 4 miles indoors w/ facial lymphatic massage
* PT APP workout
– lower body / hip strengthening (moderate)

WATER:

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens-fruit-oats)
* baked sweet potato w/ 3-2-1 dressing, slice of multi-grain sourdough w/ avocado, chopped green salad w/ added onion, tomato & hearts of palms w/ dribbles of ranch dressing 
* two mini jr XL-mints

* baked oilfree corn tortilla chips w/ salsa & some guacamole
