EATS:
* veggie sushi (avocado & cucumber)
* chopped cruciferous salad w/ leftover homemade ranch (thickens in fridge, so I keep thinning it out w/ water or almond milk!)
* corn on cob w/ McDougall corn butter
* sourdough avocado toast
* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats & a few walnuts)

* stirfry wauté onion, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, brown rice, shredded potato, add a sprinkle of vegan worcestershire sauce
