* PT (physical therapy) workouts:
– hip & lower body
– glute & core
* Lift chest & back on Total Gym

WATER:

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ wheatena, fresh pomegranate, almond milk w/ one slice of apricot/pecan sourdough bread
* leftover Moroccan veggie stew served over rice w/ one slice avocado toast (multi-grain sourdough)
* watermelon
