* wheatena, oatmeal, pomegranate, almond milk
* Moroccan (grandmother) stew whole wheat sourdough toast w/ fresh avocado spread on it
* 3 ingredient brownies
– 1 banana,
– 2.5 T pb powder
– 2.5 T unsweetened choco powder
– (add one walnut & splash of almond milk)
