* sweet potato sandwich on whole wheat sourdough w/ airfried baked potato wedges, tomato, steamed broccoli, cauliflower & carrot
* plain sparkling water w/ 2 shot of soft XL-drink
* red grapes
* hash (red beans, shredded potato, tomato, mushroom, onion, chipotle pepper), airfried corn tortilla strips & guacamole
* banana & tiny piece oat choco bar
