* wheatena, oatmeal, wild blueberries, homemade 1:5 ratio almond milk
* couple almond meal/oatmeal cookie made w/ cinnamon
* baked sweet potato stuffed w/
– cauliflower/white bean nacho cheez
– chipotle black beans w/ fire roasted tomatoes
– steamed shredded broccoli-slaw & shredded carrot w/ tumeric
– mushrooms sautéed in veggie broth
– guacamole
