* chopped green salad w/ 3-2-1 dressing
* Don Lee brand sweet potato burger (frozen) w/ avocado, tomato, bbq sauce, mustard on multi-grain sourdough toast
* watermelon, few peanuts & one small jr mint
* stir-fry few leftover noodles in tomato sauce & balsamic vinegar
