– lower back w/ extra lunges
* Powerwalk 20 minutes outdoors

EATS:
* rolled oats, spelt flakes, few cheerios, strawberries, banana pomegranate, homemade 1:5 ratio almond milk
* veggie sushi roll
* sushi bowl (cold brown basmati rice, radishes, arugula, celery, cucumber, wautéed & cooled mushrooms, avocado, nori, rice vinegar, liquid aminos)
