* Jog 5k outdoors
* PT (physical therapy) workouts:
– hip/pelvic floor
– tailbone/lower back
– neck/shoulders/upper back
* Recumbent bicycle 30 minutes

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* bowl of rolled oats, grapenut nuggets, spelt flakes, lots of backyard pomegranate &  homemade almond milk
* sliced orange & peach
* bowl of white mashed potato topped w/ bbq soycurls and steamed from frozen Mediterranean veggies (asparagus, artichokes, cauliflower, bell peppers, red onions, yellow carrots)
* red grapes
