How can you MOTIVATE FAMILY to get HEALTHIER and change HABITS?

I’m a Cardiologist, I try to explain to fellow americans that the food they eat today look like the foods we ate decades ago but they really aren’t the same, so they believe they are eating healthy but things like bread are causing them to be sick and overweight. My wife is a Biochemist and she says the corporations are constantly changing the names of additives to get people off the track that read labels.
