EXERCISE
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Full body resistance workout w/ dumbbells
* Lower back online PT exercises

* backyard fig & pomegranate
* Grapenut nuggets, rolled oats, Arrowhead Spelt flakes, pomegranate, fresh peach, homemade almond milk
* very veggie pasta sauce served over lemony brown rice w/ side of sourdough bread, steamed broccoli & potato-cauliflower ranch dressing
* 2 small homemade almond meal oatmeal cookies (rest were stored in freezer)
* fresh banana, strawberries &  homemade white-meat sweet potato/banana based chocolate ice cream
