EXERCISE:
* Powerwalking 4 miles indoors
* Lift shoulders, upper back & some abs

WATER:

EATS:

* mixed cereal (Grapenuts nuggets, Arrowhead Spelt flakes, dry oats, backyard peaches, blueberries, almond milk)
* chopped salad – romaine lettuce, carrot, three types of cabbage, guacamole & rice vinegar
* pizza toast w/ cauliflower cheesy sauce, Italian tomato sauce, mushrooms, fresh sliced onion, bell pepper, tomato & pizza seasonings on multigrain sourdough toast
* tacos w/ leftover black beans, brown lime veggie rice, chopped cabbage, salsa & guacamole
