* Moroccan stewburger w/ lettuce, tomato, avocado, mustard, bbq sauce on thin sliced multigrain sourdough toast
* veg noodle soup w/ broccoli, mushroom, carrot, onion, edamame
* oilfree airfried shredded potato w/ jalapeño hot sauce
* fresh backyard peach
* peanut butter (lowfat made from PB Pure powder) & my son’s simple homemade apricot jam (backyard fruit, lemon, sugar) on multigrain sourdough toast & a banana
