Day 365 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk indoors 45 minutes
* Lift lower body @ gym & on Total Gym
* Jog 20 minutes outdoors post-meal

WATER:

EATS:
* oatmeal & Wheatena w/ blueberries, powders (green stuff, pomegranate & beet powder), banana, paper-thin sliced raw almonds & splash of almond milk
* very veggie spaghetti – whole wheat pasta w/ tomato sauce containing quinoa, fire roasted veggies (brussel sprouts, mushrooms, red, green & yellow peppers, red onions), nutritional yeast
* some multi-colored steamed cauliflower
* raw gorilla salad w/ butter beans (no fat), cruciferous veggies, tomatoes, sweet peppers, red onions, unsweetened rice vinegar, seasoning, etc
* celery stalks w/ a bit of reconstituted defatted cocoa peanut powder
