EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors, post-meal
* Jog 15 minutes outdoors, post-meal

WATER:

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ some grapenuts, blueberries, strawberries, banana, thin sliced almonds & splash of almond milk
* defrosted jackfruit pods
* gorilla green salad w/ dab of guacamole & homemade creamy dressing (blenderize quarter-can of drained navy beans, 1 t cashews, splash of almond milk & seasoning)
* spaghetti w/ marinara sauce, salsa, pinto beans, rice, XL-crispy potato wedges & plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* small scoop dairyfree choco ice cream (discard the cone)
