Day 347 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Besides getting up/down, transitioning from sitting to standing desk, and jogging here to there in the house, I basically rested today

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana
* rolled oats w/ powders (green &  vitamin C), raspberries,  blueberries, water & splash of almond milk
* leftover very veggie spaghetti served w/ side of sauerkraut
* steamed broccoli served w/ airfried cubed Yukon gold potatoes, red onion, mushroom & dairyfree low fat buffalo sauce
* leftover very veggie Moroccan stew (threw some brown rice in the pot & it became thick & hearty)
