Day 346 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* 15 minute indoor post-meal workout (jog & squats)
* 20 minute post-meal leg weights @ gym

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* celery stalks dipped in defatted choco-peanut powder mixed w/ few drops of water
* rolled oats w/ powders (green, beet, pomegranate, vitamin C), raspberries,  blueberries, water & splash of almond milk
* airfried corn tortilla strips dipped in oilfree salsa (strips crunchier when they start from frozen!)
* veggie sandwich on baguette (tomato, red onion, cucumber, mixed greens, mustard, avocado), no mayo, no dressing, yeah!
* bowl of leftover Moroccan stew w/ sauerkraut & sliced orange
