* Powerwalk & stairs across campus multiple times
* 5k evening jog outdoors

* oatmeal w/ blueberries & almond milk
* few red grapes
* rice crackers w/ half mini cup of guacamole (5.5 g fat)
* low XL-oil very veggie rice (asked FOR NO oil, but tastes like it was merely LOW oil)
* multi-grain sourdough toast w/ corn butter & single ingredient cherry preserve
* celery, radish & 4 raw almonds
