EXERCISE:
* Ten minute powerwalk outdoors  in sunshine ten times
* Traverse outdoor & indoor stairs on multiple occasions today

WATER:

EATS:
* Multiple servings of cooked oatmeal & grapenuts w/ blueberries, raspberries, powders (vitamin C, green stuff, pomegranate,  beet), splash of almond milk
* chopped salad (romaine, chicory, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, carrots, kale, green cabbage, brussels sprouts, etc) w/ leftover brown jazmine rice, dressed w/ Wow Your World oilfree & saltfree sweet mustard dressing thinned w/ apple cider vinegar
* pinto bowl w/ beans, rice, cabbage, onion, avocado, cilantro, salsa (just a bit too XL-salty)
