Day 333 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk indoors 45 minutes 
* Lift biceps (pull) & triceps (press)

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* 3 ingredient pancakes (banana, oats, almond milk), but I blenderized fresh kale w/ milk (green Martian milk!) I also blended some blueberries w/ almond milk & a few cashews to make a sauce… then dipped pancakes in it!
* red grapes
* very veggie spaghetti w/ steamed broccoli topped w/ nutritional yeast
* banana w/ 5 almonds

… SUN HAS SET …

* casaba melon
