Day 331 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Lift lower body
* Powerwalk indoors 45 minutes
* Backyard (abs/legs) circuit
* Powerwalk outdoors 20 minutes

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ blueberries, raspberries, powders (vitamin C, green stuff, pomegranate,  beet), few pieces of walnuts, splash of almond milk, banana
* brown rice bowl w/ tofu, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, onion (Flame Broiler)
* small red apple from backyard
* used excess tofu from 1st bowl, added to homemade brown rice (w/ broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, mushroom, sauerkraut, scallion, hearts of palm all “steam grilled” in airfryer) & some original Bachan’s Japanese bbq sauce
* half-slice multi-grain sourdough toast w/ single-ingredient unsweetened cherry preserve
