Day 320 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Walking up/down stairs & across campus multiple times throughout the day
* Standing lecture 5 hours:
* Commuted 4 hours through a storm which is exercise of patience muscle! 🙂

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ powders (green, pomegranate, beet, vitamin C), blueberries, splash of almond milk
* oilfree Mongolian grilled veggies w/ wheat noodles
* more of same oatmeal

* few pistachios & Jr XL-mints
