Ice Cubes to cool soup!

EXERCISE:
* Rest (but commute 3 + hours)
* Walk-about campus, stairs, 2.5 hours @ standing lecture (lost my voice speaking too loud)

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ powders (beet, pomegranate & vit C), banana, few red grapes
* tofu brown rice bowl w/ steamed broccoli, cabbage, onion & carrot
* sliced orange
* tofu rice noodle veggie a soup (used leftover tofu from lunch)

… SUN HAS SET …
