EXERCISE:
* 20 minute brisk outdoor walk – post meal
* 15 minute indoor jog/weights – post meal
* Free-style mini trampoline off/on throughout the afternoon & evening

* tofu scramble (2 servings) w/ sauerkraut & wautéed veggies, fresh strawberries & raspberries
* very veggie whole wheat rotini w/ sauerkraut, tabasco & nutritional yeast
