Day 213 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Ride stationary bike 10 minutes in sunshine outdoors on patio
* Brisk post-meal outdoor walk for 20 minutes
* Brisk post-meal outdoor walk for 20 minutes

WATER:
(3) Ă— (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ fresh pomegranate, cinnamon, few sliced raw almonds & just a splash of almond milk
* Mediterranean Crunch Chopped Salad (romaine, chicory, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, carrot) w/ added broccoli-clover sprouts & Trader Joe’s Green Goddess dressing (diluted a bit w/ rice vinegar b/c contains a small amount olive oil)
* low sodium Italian sauce w/ added tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, Trader Joe’s Cruciferous Crunch (fresh chopped kale, brussel sprouts, broccoli, green & red cabbage) & quinoa to thicken sauce served over whole wheat noodles & topped w/ tabasco sauce & nutritional yeast
